How Can No icon And No Taskbar In Windows XP

I am using Windows XP. If you start when Windows desktop or taskbar looks but I do not see what. What is the solution to this problem?

Answer:

Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys from the keyboard with the press. This will open the Task Manager. Find explorer.exe in the process tab and click on it once and select End Process. In the new window that opens, click the End Process button.
Now the New Task button in Task Manager and click the Enter cmd to write. Write commands at the command prompt:
cd / d% userprofile% \ AppData \ Local
del IconCache.db / a
Task Manager now come back again and click New Task button. Please enter explorer.exe Text window opens. The desktop will appear again and all the taskbar and see what is coming.
